| 中文摘要 | 目前國內之建築構造物主要是以鋼筋混凝土為主,根據內政部營建署統計年報,以民國100年之「2011年核發建築物建造執照統計-按構造別分」,國內核發建築物建造執照之總樓地板面積為34,148,423平方公尺,其中混凝土(含鋼筋混凝土)構造為26,333,369平方公尺,約佔總樓地板面積的77.114%,顯見鋼筋混凝土構造型式為目前國內建築的大宗,佔有相當大之比重,因此對鋼筋混凝土構造的成本結構因子值得吾輩重視與探討。然而國內營建工程物價隨著國際經濟之變動,導致各項物價之價格波動甚大,另建築造價亦與建築物的使用用途與功能性有關,所以本文希望先行藉由國內大學校院校園建築案例與相關研究文獻之整理比較,以鋼筋混凝土結構體三大工程項目之工料數量、費用比率,進行造價分析及數量統計,探討鋼筋混凝土構造物影響工程造價之主要因子與相關係數,並進而探討不同使用用途與功能之建築物,以及其結構體工料數量與成本之差異性,以作為整體估價之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Currently, building structures in Taiwan are primarily constructed using reinforced concrete. According to The Statistical Yearbook of Construction and Planning Agency Ministry of Interior, in the section ”Construction Licenses-By Materials” in 2011, the gross floor area of buildings that were granted construction licenses was 34,148,423 m2. The structures that used concrete (including reinforced concrete) were significant, occupying approximately 77.114% (26,333,369 m2) of the total floor area. Steel bars, concrete, and formworks are the three major materials of reinforced concrete structure that have a significant influence on the construction costs of construction projects.However, because the prices of domestic construction materials fluctuate with the international economy, price variations are substantial. This study organizes construction cases from domestic campuses and related studies and examines the quantity and cost ratios of the three chief construction materials in reinforced concrete structures. Thus, this study identifies the major influencing factors and correlation coefficients between construction costs and reinforced concrete structures in school buildings. Furthermore, the differences in the quantities and costs of various materials used in structures of differing purposes and functions are discussed to establish references for future appraisals. |
