中文摘要 | 網路知識分享行為已越來越普及,使用者一旦面臨疑問就會立即透過網路進行知識的搜尋與學習。因此對於知識分享者與論壇經營者而言,如何提升社群成員對於該知識分享平台內的學習效果是很重要的議題。本研究執行實驗設計,檢視在線上知識分享中,圖像資訊輔助知識的呈現對於學習者學習效果的影響。研究結果顯示,當知識呈現有圖像輔助時,確實會比單純文字呈現的知識有較顯著的學習記憶與滿意度。研究結果有助於對電腦媒介溝通領域中的知識分享平台也能有進一步的瞭解。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, many knowledge-sharing forums were built up for learning on the Internet. For knowledge-sharing forum, how to enhance the virtual community members’ learning effects is an important issue. This study implements an experiment with two experimental groups. One group tests with text only and another group tests with text and graphics. This study purpose tried to find out the different learning effects between two forms of knowledge-sharing. Result shows a significant difference between two experimental groups. People would have stronger learning memory and learning satisfaction when they were reading knowledge text with graphics. This result effectively contributes to the knowledge body of computer-mediated communication and knowledge-sharing. In addition, it could also help to improve the forum using and learning. |
