中文摘要 | 市場快速變動之下,企業如何因應產品生命週期短、價格變動大與消費者需求改變的情況,則企業需透過採購管理來進行對市場掌握與控制。在全球化的企業下,採購管理已經是企業競爭核心。採購管理已經從以往的一般例行性採購轉化成策略性採購,而採購管理對公司的政策也有很大的影響,因此採購管理將成為企業決定經營效率的關鍵因素。近年來台資與外資企業,為了讓採購機能提升到公司策略的層級,達到滿足公司整體策略。 而採購人員則需要做到策略採購,才能將公司的策略與採購達到配適,使採購可以符合企業之策略與任務。因此,採購人員要做到策略採購,則也頇發展出採購能力,培養出對採購市場的敏銳度和必頇拋棄過去只看最低單價的方式,而是要最佳化整體供應中的總成本,來達到有效的策略採購。 本研究以A公司為例,進行台資企業與外資企業採購管理之比較探究,探討台資企業與外資企業在採購管理上有哪些差異。藉由個案分析方法,掌握到台資與外資在採購上之不同,經探討、比較與分析後,得到以下結論:(一)在採購上應將採購從一般的採購活動,提昇與策略結合,如此可以降低採購的成本,也能達到工作效率的提昇。(二)在具有策略觀點的策略採購上,宜對採購商品組合分類管理、對供應商發展與管理、並培養採購能力成熟度。最後,有助採購管理及績效提升之內涵,尚包括(三)尋求採購系統相關支援及(四)增進採購相關知識。本研究的分析發現,能作為經理人採購管理及提升績效之參考。 |

In recent years, Taiwan-funded and foreign-funded enterprises, in order to allow the procurement function raised to the level of the company's strategy to meet the company's overall strategy.
