中文摘要 | 隨著BIM技術的成熟發展,工程領域逐漸開始採用BIM及先進電腦技術對專案進行管理和運作,並希望能夠使用良好的系統對營建工程知識的創造、累積以及創新應用加以妥善管理。在營建工程工作流程中,應該思考如何利用一個協同工作的管理平台,將貫穿於專案生命週期中所有的資訊進行集中、有效的管理,隨時獲取所需的專案資訊,能夠進一步明確專案成員的責任,提升專案團隊的工作效率及生產力。本文將介紹BIM協同作業管理平台之架構及功能,並以Bentley協同作業管理平台管理系統為例,說明如何將專案中所創造和累積的工程資訊加以分類、儲存以及供專案團隊分享,並為後續公司內部進行知識管理的基礎。 |
英文摘要 | The maturing development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has given engineers an approach that improves project management and operation efficiency when compared with previous experience. In addition, BIM allows engineers to further maintain creative ideas, project execution experience, and user-demand applications. In the workflow of a construction project, it is important to connect and manage project information, engineering data, files, drawings, and other project data through a collaborative platform. This platform can also benefit all project related stakeholders to realize their specific role and responsibility in project execution, and bring efficiency and productivity to the project. In this paper, based on the project experience of Moh and Associate Inc. (MAA), the collaborative workflow of the BIM management platform is introduced. The BIM platform was established based on Bentley ProjectWise that can store, manage, and classify project engineering information. The management system also allows various persons with different levels of authority to retrieve and/or rewrite the BIM information. The outcome on this BIM platform allows all project-related data to become organization assets. |
