中文摘要 | 捷運車站基本設施量需求及逃生時間計算為車站前期規劃設計之重要基礎。其做法為依照設計目標年旅運量預估值,推算出捷運車站對於各設施(包含樓梯、電扶梯、月台寬度、驗票閘門等)之需求量,再據以進行細部設計。其次,需依據設計目標年旅運量及設施需求量進行緊急逃生時間檢核。然而在設計過程中,為因應各專業需求調整或變更設計,上述設施量需求及緊急逃生檢核之計算流程常須一再重複進行,除耗費大量人力外,亦有產生疏漏或錯誤的風險。因此,為因應捷運車站複雜的介面設計,亞新工程顧問公司與台大土木工程資訊模擬與管理研究中心合作進行「BIM技術在捷運地下車站緊急逃生設計檢核之應用」研究計畫,本計畫以捷運車站設計過程中建立BIM模型為基礎,將基本設施量、逃生時間等規範及相關計算流程寫入Revit API開發輔助設計工具內,同時讀取BIM模型中的實際設施量及逃生動線,自動計算檢核相關規定並產出設計報告,大幅提升設計效率,減少錯誤發生機率,進而提升整體設計品質。 |
英文摘要 | Facility capacity (number of stairs, escalators, platform width and e-ticketing gates, etc.) and evacuation-time evaluation of underground MRT stations are two key requirements that need to be determined prior to carrying out the subsequent detailed design. The facility capacity is determined during the planning/basic design stage based on the estimated annual passenger volume of the station. Based on the determined facility capacity, the design must be checked for the time needed to evacuate the station in an emergency. Also, the checking process must be repeated every time a change order occurs. To improve design efficiency and lower costs by avoiding repeated work, Moh and Associates, Inc. (MAA) cooperated with the NTU Research Center for Building & Infrastructure Information Modeling and Management to develop the “Building Information Modeling (BIM) Application Programming Interfaces (API) of Evacuation-time Evaluation for Underground MRT Stations.” Based on the BIM model of an MRT underground station, the API captures the necessary facility capacity information from the model and through the programmed emergency evacuation-time specification and calculation formulas, design reports are generated automatically. The development of API has met the objectives of reducing costs by avoiding repeated work and has improved overall design quality. |
