| 中文摘要 | 服務領導強調服務為先,領導為後。秉持著服務奉獻的精神,與 被服務者建立信任關係,除了激發被服務者潛能,協助被服務者永續 成長與達成組織目標之外,也能夠進一步成為服務的領導者。這種新 興領導的概念,與教學輔導教師制度中所強調的服務為本、薪火相傳 的精神相當符合,值得加以引介在教學輔導教師制度中加以進一步發 展並進行學術研究。本文先從理念上,說明服務領導的意義、理論基 礎、實質內涵、成效與限制等,然後再分析國內教學輔導教師制度及 其運作特色,最後就如何實踐及深化教學輔導教師在服務領導方面的 功能,提出慎選服務領導者、培訓服務領導者、加強服務領導實務運 作、加強服務領導支持系統、加強服務領導領域的研究等建議,期能 對我國中小學服務領導及教學輔導教師實務與研究之開拓皆能有所助 益。 |
| 英文摘要 | Servant-leadership is a trend of educational leadership. It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. The mentor teacher program in Taiwan has provided a platform or mechanism for the senior teachers in Taiwan to serve their colleagues. Based on the similarity of serving others, the initiation and adoption of servantleadership in the mentor teacher program will be beneficial to teacher professional development and school innovation in Taiwanese elementary and secondary schools. This paper discusses the meaning, theoretical foundations, content, and benefits and limitations of servant-leadership, analyzes the characteristics of the mentor teacher program, and then provides the suggestions, such as selecting the servant-leader, training the servant-leader, enhancing the operation of servant-leadership, strengthening the support system of servant-leadership, and enhancing the research of servant-leadership, for the further development of servantleadership in the mentor teacher program in Taiwan . |
