中文摘要 | 本研究係以孟宗竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla, Moso Bamboo)竹炭作為取代蔬菜栽培介質之真珠石,即使用竹炭於不同體積比例(7.5、15及30 %)混合泥炭土作為栽培介質,並以甘藍(Brassica oleracea, cabbage)作為試種蔬菜,進行穴盤育苗及移植至田間定植,且於生育期間皆以竹醋液(採集溫度 80 - 150℃)稀釋濃度10^4 澆灌之,以探討其對甘藍生育及產量之影響。各栽培介質於穴盤育苗之初的物化性質得知,充氣孔隙度範圍為11.08 - 14.23 %,介質容水量範圍為 58.25 - 65.83 %,總孔隙度範圍為72.48 - 78.01 %,總體密度範圍則為0.13 - 0.19 g/cm^3;另pH值為6.39 - 7.02,電導度(EC值)為0.58 - 0.92ds/m,陽離子交換能力(CEC值)值則為42.75 - 48.22 cmol/kg,均接近一般理想介質之要求。在甘藍苗之生物量結果可知,穴盤育苗第28天時,含真珠石者之壯苗指數為0.0408,其鮮重0.4526 g與含竹炭15及30 %者之鮮重0.4259 g及0.4724 g並無顯著差異,但由田間定植之植株初期生長結果得知,第28天時,以含竹炭15 %者之單株重36.40 g及總葉面積811.63 cm^2為最大,且由定植第0天至28天之生長量於單株重增加35.97g,於總葉面積亦增加803.04 cm^2,皆較其含真珠石及其他含竹炭比例者為高。又在田間定植80天後之產量調查可知,雖真珠石為介質者與各試驗組間之產量並無顯著差異,但以含竹炭15 %者之球重為1245 g及球徑16.88 cm較真珠石者(1177 g及15.68 cm)及其他者高。 |
英文摘要 | The study used Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla) charcoal to substitute the perlite of vegetable cultural media. The growth and yield effects of plug seedlings and field planting of cabbage (Brassica oleracea), as an experimental vegetable seedling, was investigated. The experimental media with the ground substance were mixed with different volume percents (7.5, 15 and 30 %) of charcoal. The bamboo vinegar (collected temperature at 80 - 150℃ from an earthen kiln) with the dilutions of 10^4 was watered in the bamboo charcoal cultural media during the plug seedlings and the field planting of cabbage. For the begin-used of the cultural media in plug seedlings, the physical properties of the air-filled porosity were 11.08 - 14.23 %; the container capacity was 58.25 - 65.83 %; the total porosity was 72.48 - 78.01 %; the bulk density was 0.13 - 0.19 g/cm^3. The pH value, electrical conductivity (EC), and cation exchange capacity (CEC) of the cultural media were 6.39 - 7.02, 0.58 - 0.92 ds/m, and 42.75 - 48.22 cmol/kg. It is indicated that the cultural media are closed the ideal media in service generally. The biomass of cabbage plug seedling growth obtained that after have been sowed for the 28th day, the seedling index of the media with perlite was 0.0408, and the fresh weight (0.4526 g) were insignificant among the media with either 15 or 30 % of charcoal (0.4259 g or 0.4727 g). However, for the initial growth cabbage of the field planting till the 28th day, the media with 15 % of charcoal for the average values of single plant weight (36.40 g) and total area (811.63 mm^2) of cabbage leaves was higher than these with the perlite and either 7.5 or 30 % of charcoal. The growth amount of weight and total area of leaves were increased about 35.97 g and 803.04 mm^2 from the beginning (the 0th day) to the 28th day. The yield investigation in the final field planting at the 80th days obtained that the weight and dimension of cabbage for the media with 15 % of charcoal were 1245 g and 16.88 cm, and were higher than these of the perlite (1177 g and 15.68 cm) and the others, but they were insignificant among all yields. |
