中文摘要 | 學步車可以讓學步前的幼童自由移動,然其行動力的增加,卻容易造成衝撞、掉落或進入危險區域而引起燒燙傷等問題。因此,本研究目的將以橘色科技的概念,滿足智慧生活空間的情況,建立消費者對於學步車的需求影響因素之層級架構。研究首先藉由文獻探討與專家訪談整理出影響因素,接著以專家學者的問卷訪查,配合模糊德爾菲法篩選出適當因素,而後透過分析層級程序法,決定因素權重。研究結果顯示,29項因素中材質不具毒性、易清潔保養與不易翻倒是消費者最為在意的前三項因素,另外具有主動警示防護裝置的項目,也被列為需求因素之一,符合橘色科技之概念。本研究以橘色科技概念所作的通盤考量,提供企業與設計者一新的思維,進而提升產品競爭力與開創產業新契機。 |
英文摘要 | Toddlers who can move freely by the baby walker tend to be hurt such as a bump, a fall, and to get into a danger zone. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to construct the customer requirement impact factors of the baby walker based on orange technology in order to create the smart living space. First, through qualitative research methods such as literature reviews and interviews, the design factors cluster for baby walker was induced. Then, through questionnaires and interviews conducted by expert researchers in combination with the fuzzy Delphi method, the analytical hierarchy process method was used for the weight value calculation of these criteria. The research results show that the top three customer requirements are nontoxic material, easy to clean and not easy to overturn. In addition, the customer requirements contain an active alert guard. It is hoped that the new thought in this study will lead of the development of a new product and create a new industry opportunity for businesses and designers. |
