| 中文摘要 | 新世紀以來,飲食書寫在海峽兩岸皆成為當代文化中的重要一脈。本文聚焦兩部飲食新著大陸作家劉心武的《潑婦雞丁》和臺灣作家李昂的《鴛鴦春膳》加以分析,藉以展現兩岸飲食書寫風尚之轉變。《潑婦雞丁》是為憂傷而不乏力量的弱勢群體唱讚歌,是酸甜苦辣混雜的飲食美學,客觀寫實居多,語言樸素、幽默而又充滿個性;《鴛鴦春膳》則是女性視角下的臺灣半世紀飲食變遷,主觀寫意居多,重在纖細、濃情的女性書寫,重視官能享受,是欲望與感官交織的飲食美學,揭示了臺灣後現代主義的飲食情態。 |
| 英文摘要 | Since the new century, eating writing has become a part of the important contemporary culture. This article focuses on the two new bookmakings of Liuxinwu《Virago chicken》and AngLi《Yuanyang spring dietary》in order to show the change of the trend in the cross—strait diet. 《Virago chicken》is singing hymns for the sad but strong group and it is full of mixed diet aesthetics of which objective realism is taking over the majority, including the language is plain, humor and full of individual chatacter. The book 《Yuanyang spring dietary》is using the feminism perspective to describe the Taiwan diet change in half a century. This book which the subjective freehand brushwork takes over the majority and focuses on fine, sentimental female writing, besides pays attention to faculties enjoyment and mixes desire and sensory diet aesthetics reveals the Taiwan postmodern diet confounding mudra. |
