中文摘要 | 本研究探討個案醫院導入學習管理系統的關鍵因素,將關鍵因素與員工驗證做實際執行成效的差異分析。以質性與量性並重之個案研究,在訪談個案醫院學習管理系統管理者與使用者後,依訪談內容找出導入學習管理系統之相關因素,並依據文獻探討等構面、結合個案醫院特性及研究目的,彙整而成量表,進而產生一份適合衡量個案醫院學習管理系統重要程度與滿意程度的問卷,發送至個案醫院員工進行普查,共發放773份問卷,回收464份,有效問卷422份,有效回收率54.59%。主要結果如下:一、本研究歸納出五大構面的導入關鍵因素,分別為知識管理流程、領導規劃、企業文化、資訊科技與績效考核。二、員工認為學習管理系統導入關鍵因素的重要程度很高,尤其對醫院企業文化與資訊科技的重要性認知最高。三、員工對學習管理系統實際滿意程度普通,而對醫院的知識管理流程滿意程度最高。四、員工對於學習管理系統的關鍵因素重要程度認知與實際滿意程度均達顯著性差異。醫院以知識管理導入學習管理系統,不僅可以協助員工提高生產力並降低訓練成本、簡化流程、促進學習風氣,並可將專業知識系統化管理,促使內部流程整合、創造資訊運用價值,更能進一步提昇醫療品質。 |
英文摘要 | The study explored the key success factors for hospitals adopting a Learning Management System (LMS), and to find discrepancies between these success factors and the actual executive effects through hospital staff's verification. The interviews and questionnaire survey were both conducted. Totally, 773 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the case hospital, and 464 were returned, among which 422 were valid with a rate of 54.59%. The results were as follows: 1. The study concluded five dimensions of key success factors including the knowledge management process, leadership design, corporate culture, information technology, and performance appraisal. 2. The degree of staff's awareness of the importance of key success factors of LMS was the highest, especially in corporate culture and information technology. 3. The staff showed medium satisfaction with LMS, and had the highest satisfaction in the knowledge management process of LMS. 4. The staff's understanding of the importance degree of the key success factors of LMS significantly differed from the staff's satisfaction with LMS. Adopting LMS through knowledge management can not only enhance the employees' capacity, by reducing training costs and integrating the process, but also systematically manage knowledge, revealing the value of the information technique, and increasing medical quality. |
