中文摘要 | 本研究探討如何將合作學習法及音位認知法融入課堂教學中,以提升學生拼字能力,進而增進英文閱讀能力。技職院校學生常因對字音與拼字的熟悉度不足,導致字彙量低落,無法閱讀專業原文書籍。因此本研究以輔英科技大學大學部56位一年級學生為對象,研究工具為全民英檢初級英語能力測驗與本研究自編問卷。研究結果發現,以音位認知法可以教導學生有效的背誦生字,進而熟練常用之英文字彙2000,並逐漸培養出閱讀原文教科書之能力。研究對象表示經訓練後,學習英文的動機、英文朗讀能力及自信心皆有顯著提升。研究結果建議音位認知相關敎學活動應與合作學習法結合,並將音位認知法融入英文課程中,將學生依程度分組,透過合作學習法來提升技職院校學生的認字與拼字能力,激發學生的學習動機,進而提高英文程度。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate how to integrate phonemic awareness activities with regular English classes to enhance students’ phonemic awareness and language proficiency. Many technical college students are not familiar with the relationship between phonemic symbols and spellings. As a result, they can’t read English text books because of their low level-language proficiency. In this study, the researcher designed several phonemic awareness activities to help participants have an effective learning. A total of 56 college freshmen participated in this study. Instruments are General English Proficiency Test and a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The results of the study showed that participants’ learning motivation, attitude, and reading proficiency are enhanced a lot through phonemic awareness team learning activities. Results showed that phonemic awareness learning activities should be integrated with regular English lessons. |
