中文摘要 | 近年來結構鋼材價格節節上升及環保節能的重視,對於如何以最節省的材料,製造出安全可靠的起重機結構強度、降低製造者之製造成本、提高市場競爭力及減少資源浪費,將是愈來愈顯的有其重要性。 目前國內對於起重機結構強度計算大部分以傳統之計算方法,由於分析模型的簡化,使得計算精度降低且與實際受力狀況不同。而桁架設計上,製造商大都以經驗來決定起重機相關尺寸,未有效評估桁架各尺寸對結構強度之影響力,因此常有浪費鋼材、結構設計不良及製造成本過高等問題。 隨著工程技術不斷提昇,為精確求得真實起重機結構受力情況,運用有限元素分析方法做為結構強度設計已成必然之趨勢,本研究係以田口方法並配合有限元素分析軟體ANSYSWorkbench 來模擬分析,以了解各尺寸因子對起重機結構之影響力,求得桁架最佳化設計參數,達到以最經濟的用料成本來符合法規強度要求,並做為日後製造商設計之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, structural steel prices rising and great importance to environmental protection and energy saving. How best to save the material, create a safe and reliable crane structural strength, to reduce the manufacturing cost of the manufacturer and improve the market competitiveness and reduce the waste of resources, will be increasingly explicit its importance. In domestic, crane structural strength calculation of most of the traditional calculation method, due to the simplification of the analytical model, makes calculation of the correctness lower and different for the actual stress condition. In general, the manufacturer determine the relevant size of cranes in box-girders designing by virtue of experience, they do not assess the infl uences of the structural strength respectively, therefore often a waste of steel, poor structural design and high manufacturing cost. As engineering technology upgrading continuously, stress to accurately obtain the crane structure, the use of fi nite element analysis method for the structural strength design has become an inevitable trend. In this study, use taguchi methods and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench simulation analysis, to understand the size factors affect of the crane structure, obtain box-girders optimum design parameters, get design parameters which fit in with codes and regulations, make minimum of material cost and design reference for the manufacturers in the future. |
