| 中文摘要 | 本研究經由大學教育類科的教師針對師培新生的學習期望進行訪談及座談,列出師培生學習問題及可獲得優異成績的能力,以之探究師培新生起始核心能力,再以專家學者德懷術(Delphi)研究,建構「師培新生起始核心能力指標」。本研究目的為:1.討論師培新生的學習能力,2.建構師培新生學習核心能力,3. 建議師培教育在學生起始的導入學習。第一階段以個別或團體訪談,初 步建立教育類組大學一年級學生的學習能力大綱;第二階段針對大綱進行焦點座談,整理出可能影響學生教育專業學習的核心能力;第三階段,針對參與焦點座談的專家學者進行德懷術(Delphi)問卷,經過兩次的意見彙整及修訂達成共識後,產生「師培新生起始核心能力指標」。研究結果得到四項核心能力:「生活與情緒管理能力」、「語文與溝通能力」、「學習的一般能力」及「創造思考與批判思考能力」,每項核心能力包含五項評量指標,並由訪談中整理能力培育之建議方法。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study had listed the freshmen’s main abilities for reaching the good grades in teacher training program by the panel discussions of the education college faculties who focus their expectations for the beginning learners, so as to construct a set of key competences of the freshmen by the process of the Delphi Inventory. The purposes of this study were as follows: 1. Discuss the conditions of the freshmen’s learning abilities in teacher training program. 2. Establish a set of the key competencies for the beginning learners in teacher training program. 3. Suggest the beginning learning orientation directions in teacher training program. The first step was individual or group interviews for outlining the student’s learning abilities in teacher training program. The second step was focused panel discussions on the development of the key competencies from the outlines of the first step. The third step was the Delphi inventory for establishing the validity and revising the inventory based on the second step’s suggestion. The result indicated four key competencies in teacher training program for the beginning learners:“Living and emotion management”, “Language and communication”, “General learning abilities” and “Creative & critical thinking”. Based on the research findings, this study proposed some suggestions to improve the implementation for developing students’ key competencies. |
