| 中文摘要 | 本文將實驗探討二維金屬圓形碟型結構製作在二氧化矽/金/矽基板上。利用傅氏轉換紅外線光譜儀,我們觀察到一個與角度偏振無關的局域性表面電漿子模態,此模態來自於類似法布里-珀羅共振模式。此結構可量測折射率變化從1到1.39,並具有高入射角度容忍度與局域性感測特性。它有潛力應用於生物醫學診斷、食品安全性監控和環境偵查。 |
| 英文摘要 | Two-dimensional metallic round-shaped disk structure on a SiO2/Au/Si substrate was experimentally studied. By using a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, an angle and polarization independent localized surface plasmon polariton mode caused by a Fabry-Perot-like resonance was observed. Such structure has the ability to sense changes in refractive index from 1 to 1.39. Because of its large incident angle tolerance and local sensing ability, the structure can potentially be utilized for applications in biomedical diagnostics, food safety monitoring, and environmental detection. |
