中文摘要 | 一般數值控制工具機通常採用封閉式架構,因此將導致控制器的客制化硬體與韌體設計受到軟硬體設備的限制甚至不允許,然而,嵌入式控制器是屬於開放式架構且沒有如此條件限制。本論文提出一個主僕式控制系統去實現出三軸運動控制系統兼具有監督與即時控制目的。在主控端採用個人電腦環境上的圖形化LabVIEW軟體工具加以開發及設計監控系統,提供一人機介面可有效將G-Code資料經由RS-232通訊傳遞至嵌入式控制器。伺服端則採用運動晶片與嵌入式控制器的硬體及韌體設計,解譯G-Code碼實現出三軸平台的即時運動控制。由實驗結果顯示本論文建構的主僕式控制系統應用在三軸運動控制相當成功。此外,本論文所提出的軟硬體控制系統架構也可被應用去提升CNC工具機的高速及精密控制。 |
英文摘要 | CNC machine tool generally uses closed architecture such that customized hardware and firmware design may be constrained or not allowed by the corresponding software and hardware equipments. However, the embedded controller belongs to the open-architecture design and does not have these limitations. In this paper, a master/slave control system is proposed to simultaneously achieve the supervisory and real-time control task for 3-axis motion. In master host, a supervisory control system is developed and applied in the PC environment through the Labview Software development tool. It provides a friendly human-machine interface to exchange the effective command and response (G-code) between PC and embedded controller by RS-232 communication. Based on the hardware and firmware design in server controller, embedded controller can decode G-Code and implement the real-time 3-axis motion control. The experimental results show that the application of master/slave control system for G-code implementation is successful. The proposed architecture of the hardware and software control system can be encouraged to enhance the high speed and precision control of the CNC machine tool. |
