中文摘要 | 近年來探討體育課教室生態研究大多是以針對師生間互動的動態歷程為主。根據體育課教室生態的研究結果發現教師若能與學生進行良好的協商與互動,能夠提高任務系統的效率,同時,教師也能透過教室生態來自我反思,並從學生的回饋中提升教學效能、促進教師專業成長。本文的目的是希望藉由體育課教室生態的探討,讓教師更能澄清自我的教學信念,並能根據學生的反應設計出符合學生需求又能達到教師設定目標的教學行動方案,以營造完善的體育課教室生態。 |
英文摘要 | In recent times, most research of ecology of physical education focused on the dynamical process in the interaction between students and teachers. According to previous studies of ecology of physical education, if teachers have the ability to perform good interaction with students, it can improve the efficiency of task system. At the same time, teachers can do self-examination through the ecology of physical education. Moreover, teachers can improve teaching efficiency from students’ feedback and improve the teacher professional development as well. This study aims at discussing the ecology of physical education to help teachers clarify their teaching principles. We hope to help teachers design a teaching plan based on students’ reactions and also in accordance with both students’ needs and teachers’ goal, to provide a perfect ecology of physical education. |
