中文摘要 | 網路互動與教學發展至今,國內大部分大學都會發展、建置教學平台。以華語教學而言,學生未來教導的對象是從事第二語言的學習者,故此平台必須考量許多重點。以往,華語數位教學平台的建置都由老師個人為之,並未了解使用者的需求,本研究導入品質觀念,利用品質機能展開了解學生的需求,並用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,簡稱AHP)透過建立層級結構,分析層級關係,求得因素客觀的權重,發展一套「華語數位教學平台建置」策略,以提升學生的學習效果。 |
英文摘要 | Owing to the needs for network interaction and teaching, most of the domestic universities develop and construct their own teaching platform. As far as Chinese language teaching is concerned, the learners our students will face in the future are mostly nonnative speakers of Chinese. Therefore, a lot of key issues are taken into consideration for this platform. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a technology that aims to satisfy customers' demands by product design. One of its characteristics is that the voice of customers will be designed into the product. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) offers a methodology for ranking alternative courses of action based on the decision maker's judgments concerning the importance of the criteria. In this research, the quality concept was employed to develop a Chinese digital teaching platform in order to satisfy the students' needs and enhance their learning effect via QFD and AHP. |
