中文摘要 | 目的:本院手術室空調系統由1993年啟用至今已邁入第19年頭,在醫療品質提升意識抬頭下,現行手術室功能已有部份無法滿足新的訪查規定及節能效益,手術室之空調品質與感染防治極其重要,亟需推動「空調品質提升計劃」以玆改善。方法:本院手術室周邊空間缺乏及樓板高度不足,造成設備更新困難。為能在不動建築結構下克服這個棘手的問題?幾經評估與考量,最後採用『加壓式獨立風車』設計,將送風機安裝在手術台上方,完成規劃與施工。改善前後監測每一間手術室之風速、溫度、溼度、二氧化碳濃度、潔淨度、沉降菌採樣,作為空調系統之改善成效探討,並以改善前後之水、電月耗用量作為節能減碳之證明。結果:本項設計不僅可以解決天花板內的大型風管空間問題,增進手術室房內溫、溼度之調控,有較低之房內落塵量與落菌數,且可由外氣供應與院內熱水系統做結合,降低火災之風險,對於手術室之空調供氣品質提升和環境之節能減碳有顯著、實質的效益。結論:手術室的潔淨技術正面臨著時代的考驗,如何在舊的建築中有創新的思維與設計,引用新進節能設備,提高空調運轉效能、減少耗能,滿足實際現況的需求,是每一家從事手術醫療機構都非常渴望達成的理想境界。期待本專案改善歷程能提供同業有不同的改善刺激,共同為手術病患之安全與環境保護盡一份心力。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: The old operating rooms at Chi-Yi Christian Hospital had been in use since 1993. Our objective was to improve performance of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in operating rooms in order to meet the new hospital standards under conditions of limited budget and space.Methods: There was not enough height or building space for the new equipment in the old operating rooms. Ultimately, we chose a ”Compressed Air Blower” design that could prevent fires and save energy. We also assessed indoor air quality which included ventilation indices and field test data for airborne particle counts and microbial counts before and after this project.Results: The airborne particle counts and microbial counts after this project were lower than those before it, air control was more flexible, and the consumption of electricity and water was reduced.Conclusion: It is important to incorporate ”green” technology in historic buildings as part of a new HVAC installation. |
