中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討服務學習方案介入對護生接觸老人壓力及老人態度之影響,據以驗證服務學習方案之教育成效。採立意取樣的方式,以北部某技術學院學生為研究對象,共有82人參與研究,其中因SARS關係流失32人,故於後測時共有50人為研究對象。藉由問卷調查法,運用「接觸老人壓力量表」、「對老人態度量表」為研究工具,進行資料的收集,並以百分比、平均數、標準差及pair-t等統計方法進行資料分析。 服務學習方案分由準備、服務、反思與慶賀四個階段進行。研究結果發現,參與服務學習後護生對老人態度較為正向的,接觸老人壓力減少,且在統計上均呈現顯著差異。本研究結果除驗證服務學習教育成效外,也建構服務學習方案模式提供各校參考。建議未來可增加服務時間、學生數目及增加對照組,以提升統計上的檢力。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to explore the influences of Service-Learning program for the nursing students on their attitudes and stress levels toward the elders. Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect data, which included the attitudes toward elders scale and the stress levels toward elders scale. Purposive sampling was used, including fifty participants, all of whom were nursing students from a nursing school in the north of Taiwan. Data analysis was done using the statistical software package SPSS 10.0 for window. Statistics included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test. Four stages in the Service-Learning program were included in this study. They are preparation, service, reflections and celebration stage. There is significant difference in nursing students' attitudes and stress levels toward the elders. After the Service-Learning program, nursing students have more positive attitudes and less stress levels with the elders. This Service-Learning program showed as a successful model for other schools. It is suggested that it might draw from large samples and extend the service hours in the future research to elevate the statistic power level. |
