中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於瞭解台灣地區大學體育教師的教學信念,以及比較不同背景變項教師教學信念的差異情形。本研究以自編的「大學體育教師教學信念問卷」為研究工具,以便利取樣選取500位台灣地區大學體育教師為研究對象,有效問卷共358份,佔71.6%。結果發現目前大學體育教師教學信念各層面的特徵皆呈現良好的情形,尤其「教師效能」層面的信念最高;男女教師各層面的教學信念並無差異;學士學位教師在「課程與目標」信念明顯高於碩士及博士學歷者;教學年資16至20年者在「教師效能」信念明顯低於6至10年、11至15年及20年以上者。無兼任行政職務者在教學技巧、器材運用、師生關係等信念明顯低於兼組長者;任教於私立大學者在「教師效能」信念明顯高於國立大學者。整體而言,目前台灣地區大學體育教師的教學信念著重於「教師效能」的建立,其次在課程與目標的提升。另外,教學年資16至20年的教師需加強「教師效能」信念,無兼任行政職務教師及公立大學教師在教師效能的信念有待提升。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to explore the teaching beliefs and compare the difference to different background variables among the physical education (PE) teachers in the university in Taiwan. A questionnaire was developed and was sent by mail to the PE teachers in Taiwan. Convenience sampling was used for the targeted 500 sample population. 358 (71.6%) completed surveys were received and analyzed. The results were as follows: The current situations of characteristic levels of teaching beliefs were satisfactory. Specially, the mean score of "teacher efficacy" was higher than the other dimensions of teaching belief. The 'curricula and objectives' of the bachelor degree teachers were higher than the master and doctor degree teachers; Teachers who have taught 16-20 years have shown lower 'teacher efficacy' than that of teachers taught 6-10 years, 11-15 years and above 20 years. The teachers who had no administrative positions were lower 'teaching skills', 'apparatuses applications' and 'teacher-student relationship' than that of teachers had administrative position in group leader. The teachers who taught in the private university were better 'teacher efficacy' beliefs than that of teachers in the national university. Shortly, at present the teaching beliefs of the PE teachers pay much attention to "teacher efficacy" in the university in Taiwan, next for 'curricula and objectives' promotion. Moreover, the master's degree teacher shall strengthen 'curricula and objectives' belief. Teachers who have taught 16-20 years shall strengthen 'teacher efficacy' belief. The teachers who had no administrative positions and taught in the national university shall promote the levels of teaching beliefs. |
