中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討「臺灣醫學教育實習」的成績評量方式,應用在「國小教育實習」的可行性。研究者先透過文獻探究、文件分析、半結構訪談分別了解「醫學教育實習」與「國小教育實習」的成績評量方式,再運用比較教育研究法,進行兩者之間的並列比較分析,然後轉化成「國小教育實習」成績評量方式的11個作法,最後編製成「臺灣醫學教育實習應用在國小教育實習成績評量方式」的調查問卷。研究對象為98學年度教育部所補助的國小優質教育實習機構校長、主任、組長、實習輔導教師以及實習生,共計375人,回收有效問卷352份,有效回收率為94%。回收問卷以描述統計進行分析,分析各作法的同意度。本研究結論為:一、國小教育實習評量的項目、工具與結果運用的連結不夠詳細周延。二、調查問卷11題項中,有10個題項達到同意程度,顯示醫學教育實習的成績評量方式在國小教育實習應用的可行性很高。研究建議為:一、國小教育實習宜訂定統一的評量標準,發展「實作評量工具」,以及建立評量項目、評量工具與教師甄選3者系統化的緊密連結。二、國小教育實習採用成績評量總表,與成績優良者受聘為學校代理、代課教師,是學習醫學教育實習時可優先考量的作法。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract The purpose of the study is to explore the feasibility of an application of grade assessment of the “medical internship” to “elementary school apprentice” in Taiwan. By ways of literature review, document analysis, and semi-structural interview, the researchers first analyzed the two systems of assessment, and then by means of comparative education research they were compared to each other. Finally, based on findings, the researchers compiled questionnaire about “the assessment of medical internship applied to elementary school apprentice”. As the objects of study, 375 persons of different positions were selected with 352 responses 94%, are collected. They are then analyzed and made known in form of statistics. Followings are the conclusions: 1. The quantitative assessment items, tools, and applications are not well designed. 2. Of 11 research questions, 10 are responded almost unanimously. One may conclude that the assessment of “medical internship” is accepted by the majority as a model to be applied in the “elementary school apprentice”. From these results we suggest: 1. An establishment of several unified assessment items and standards to improve assessment tools, and assessment index for teacher's qualification examination and recruitement. 2. Nomination, election, award, punishment of teachers should be based on the result of this assessment. |
