中文摘要 | 宜蘭為金棗的主要產地,品質也居台海兩岸之冠,金棗富含維他命C、果膠質,多酚、類黃酮及胡蘿蔔素等機能性成份。故本研究嘗試針對金棗萃取物及精油之抗氧化能力進行評估,以期推出融入具台灣特色及宜蘭特色之化妝品。天然植物的品種、成熟度及不同部位的組織,皆為影響萃取液、精油組成差異的主要因素,為比較果實色澤由青轉黃期間的成熟度變化,故本研究嘗試以不同萃取方式(乙醇、水、異丙醇)處理不同成熟度之金棗,金棗萃取液進行抗氧化能力分析,另外亦利用水蒸氣蒸餾法抽提精油,以評估金棗精油抗氧化能力,作為未來開發為新的化妝品活性成分與研發美容保健產品之用。 |
英文摘要 | The specialties of location have become a mainstream in the development of active ingredients for the cosmetic industry. Thus, this study focuses on kumquat was one of the famous specialties of Yi-lan. This project is a study on the separation of essential oil with the extraction method. Aqueous solutions containing ethanol and iso-propanol are used as a solvent to extract essential oil of kumquat. In addition, to understand the influences of kumquat maturity, manufacturing processes and extraction method on antioxidant activity of kumquat extracts and essential oil were evaluated in this study. |
