| 中文摘要 | 過去的幾十年裡,相當多的研究興趣在於使用微粒載藥系統做為小型和大型分子載體之給藥系統的領域。像奈米微粒系統已曾被使用當作改變及改善各種類型之藥物分子的藥物動力學和藥效學屬性的物理方法。他們已經被用於活體內作為在全身循環中保護藥物本體,增加藥物到達特定部位,並以持續而穩定的速率發揮藥效。各種聚合物已被使用在奈米藥物給藥系統的研究上以增加治療的效益,同時儘量減少副作用。在本文中,我們回顧了各方面的奈米劑型、特徵、這些特徵的效應和它們在藥物分子及治療性基因之運送方面的應用。 |
| 英文摘要 | For the past few decades, there has been a considerable research interest in the area of drug delivery using particulate delivery systems as carriers for small and large molecules. Particulate systems like nanoparticles have been used as a physical approach to alter and improve the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of various types of drug molecules. They have been used in vivo to protect the drug entity in the systemic circulation, restrict access of the drug to the chosen sites and to deliver the drug at a controlled and sustained rate to the site of action. Various polymers have been used in the formulation of nanoparticles for drug delivery research to increase therapeutic benefit, while minimizing side effects. Here, we review various aspects of nanoparticle formulation, characterization, effect of their characteristics and their applications in delivery of drug molecules and therapeutic genes. |
