中文摘要 | 依據2010學校體育統計年報,越來越多的國、高中成立體育班或運動團隊,這些學生運動員為了能締造優秀的成績,投注相當多的時間與心力在專項訓練上,卻忽略了自己在運動領域之外的能力探索與培養,尤其是學科能力的忽視。因為缺少相關知識或其他技能的培養,使得學生未來的生涯規劃受到限制。然而對運動員而言,「顛峰」常常是短暫的,運動員除了隨時面對受傷的挑戰外,尚須承受身體機能的自然衰退而離開運動場。此時,如何成功從運動場上轉換到另一環境,是一個重要的議題。本文藉由國內、外學者所提出的一些對生涯規劃相關議題做綜合的整理,內容包括探討生涯規劃的意義、學生運動員應有的生涯規劃觀念、影響學生運動員生涯規劃的因素,期望本文能對學生運動員進 生涯規劃時有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | According to the School Sports Statistics Annual Report in 2010, more and more high schools and senior high schools form sports class or sports team. Student athletes are in order to create the outstanding achievements, and they spend a lot of time and energy on their training. However, they ignore the development and achievement to the outside the field of the sport, especially the ability in their school subjects. Due to the lack of knowledge or development of other skills, these students are restricted by further career planning. For student athletes, however, the "peak" is often short-lived. In addition to face the challenge of injuries of being an athlete, players shall be subjected to the natural decline of physical function and leave the stadium. At this point, how to transition from the playground to another environment successfully is an important topic. This article is related with the issues of ccareer planning. This study also adopts aspects from domestic and foreign scholars. In this article, there are some data and ideas could be useful for student athletes. |
