中文摘要 | 摘 要 高強度的降雨常造成地表土壤的沖刷與山坡地的崩塌。台灣地區目前有1660 條土石流潛勢溪 流,其中許多溪流與山區道路橋樑縱橫交錯。近年來又歷經卡玫基、辛樂克及莫拉克等重大颱風 的侵襲,颱風過後易造成河床的侵蝕作用與土石流等災害。土石流所帶來之流體壓力及挾帶的巨 石、流木等衝擊力,易造成橋樑結構受損或因河床沖刷而導致橋基沈陷傾倒,因此建置橋墩受沖 刷後安全性評估及橋樑封橋機制,防範人員傷亡於未然,是當前刻不容緩的議題。 本研究以有限元素法Plaxis 3D Foundation 為工具,於已遭土石流沖毀之橋墩基礎進行數值模 擬分析其穩定性,並推估橋墩受不同重現期之洪水位、流速及沖刷深度下之變位、傾角,然後進 行回饋比對來驗證數值模式之有效性,印證莫拉克八八風災之土石水流破壞六龜大橋、新發大橋 之事實,進而建立橋墩受沖刷後之穩定性評估方法。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT There are many typhoons and downpour in Taiwan. The heavy rainfall often causes soil loss or slope failure. Debris flow occurs frequently in Taiwan during the typhoon season. That the fluid pressure flow coming with the impact of the huge rocks and floating lumber was brought by debris may contribute to the severe damage of structures of bridges. Therefore, it is the current urgent subject to establish the good procedure in order to seal bridge and eventually to guard against the personnel casualty. This research uses finite element method (FEM) Plaxis 3D Foundation as a tool to simulate analysis the foundation in bridge pier by debris-flow ruin. The flood level and the speed of flow in the different frequency year become very important analysis factors under the different scour depth to estimate the deformation, the inclination angle of pile and the whole bridge safety coefficient. The correlation between FEM calculation and observation to identify the usefulness of analysis model is confirmed, then to establish failure mechanism and safety evaluation. |
