中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討內部競合與知識資源的相關性,運用網絡分析法解析員工競合關係的自核網絡,以及競合關係變動造成自核優勢的改變與知識資源移動情況。研究樣本以國內台南某人壽公司20 位企業人員為研究對象,並進一步利用統計軟體UCINET 6 進行統計分析步驟,對競合關係網絡內總體進行自核網絡分析、中心與相關分析,再依最具優勢與劣勢之員工重覆進行分析與比較。最後,經過關係實證後,了解內部競合與知識資源的相互影響,其網絡中心將帶給成員擁有更多的知識資源與競爭優勢,同時結構洞減少也將使知識資源更容易移動。 |
英文摘要 | This research explores how the correlation between internal co-opetition relationship and knowledge resource. Network analysis is used to explain the ego-network of the employee co-opetition relationship and how the co-opetition relationship changes to affect benefits and knowledge resource moving. Samples are collected from a domestic assurance, which formed by 20 workers. In addition, UCINET-6 is used to analyze the ego-network and centrality inside the factor relationship network and Person correlation, than repeats analysis is applied in accordance to the ascendant and underdog’semployee. Following the agendas, this research shows how internal co-opetition and knowledge resource can influence each other, than central member will attract more knowledge and ascendant to himself. On the same time, decreasing structural holes can move knowledge resource to be earsier. |
