中文摘要 | 教學是百年樹人的工作,中小學教師的身教與言教,具有潛移默化的功用,深刻地影響著中小學學生價值觀的建立與發展。故而本研究以中小學教師為研究個案,探討高中、國中以及國小教師的工作價值觀,並比較國小、國中與高中三種學制之教師,其工作價值觀之差異。研究發現,組織安全是此三種學制教師最重視的工作價值觀取向。而且,三種不同學制之教師工作價值觀,均傾向「工具價值」。若以馬斯洛(Maslow)需求層次比較之,則屬於較低層級的生理需求與安全需求。顯見大多數高中以及國中小學教師之工作價值觀,仍停留在較低層次之馬斯洛需求層級。研究亦發現,在馬斯洛較高需求層次的社會需求、自尊需求以及自我實現需求等,則隨著學制的提高,解釋變量呈現遞增趨勢。此現象說明:學制越高,追求更高需求層級的教師越多。 |
英文摘要 | The work value of individual teacher is an important factor in implementation the teaching work, since it can significantly influence the behaviors of their students. This study investigates the work values of teachers in elementary, semi-high and high schools, and comparing the difference between them. The analysis results indicate that the organization safety is the most respective work value. In addition, these three education systems are all respective the tool-value. Explained using Maslow demand levels, these teachers in this study belong to the lower level demands, namely physiology and safety demands. In other words, the work values of most samples are located on the lower Maslow demand levels. Moreover, the higher demands, namely social, self-respect and self-fulfilling demands, accompanies the education systems, namely the teachers in high schools have higher variance explanation in self-fulfilling demand. This phenomenon reveals that the higher school system the more teachers in higher demand levels. |
