| 中文摘要 | 本研究以海軍後勤維修單位為例,探討其主管領導風格及工作生活品質滿意度對離職傾向的影響,研究對象以研究者現任職之海軍後勤單位組織成員為主,彙整回收有效問卷後,進行相關統計分析。調查資料之統計分別使用因素分析、信度分析、變異數分析、複迴歸分析等方法進行實證研究,結果發現該單位士官其離職傾向(Y)與主管領導風格(組織制度文化,x1)及工作生活滿意度(家庭影響,x2)呈現顯著負相關,其線性迴歸方程式為:Y=2.854-0.223X1-0.171X2,意即若提昇員工在組織制度文化及家庭影響的滿意度即可有效降低員工離職傾向。本研究提供管理階層考量,將現代領導概念及工作生活品質的理念導入管理階層的領導方式,如此才能吸引更多優秀人才加入國軍行列及留住現有優秀人才,繼續為單位為國家盡一份心力。 |
| 英文摘要 | Due to the developments of the national politics and ecocomics, the national militaries continuously rebuiled and streamline the organization. The logistic staffs, who work for more than 20 years and suffer the increasing occupation pressures, decide to take the permanent life salaries and quit the job. This job quitting trend becomes a thorny problem in the military organization.In this study, the ROC navy logistic is taken as a sample to analyze the effect of the leadership style and the working-life quality upon the turnover intention. The main investigation target in this study is the ROC navy logistic organization which is the employer of the author. After collecting and analyzing the effective inquiry papers by using Factorial analysis、Reliability、ANOVA、and Regression, the turnover intention of the sergrants in the organization relates ti the leadership style and working-life qualities presents an inverse proportional, and the linear regression function is:Y=2.854-0.223(superscript *)X1-0.171(superscript *)X2, where Y presents the turnover intention. X1 and X2 are the organization culture and samily influence, respectively.This study provides a reference to the managers and converge the concept of the modern leadership concept and high working-life quality with the leadership style. By using the new leadership style, the national military has the potential to keep the high quality human resources who can devote to the organization and country. |
