中文摘要 | 針對 cephalosporins 的發現與藥物研發時在結構上的修飾做回顧與探討,此類藥物可對抗格蘭氏陽性菌及部分陰性菌,一路發展到了二十世紀末,依其抗菌範圍共細分四代。自2010年10月美國 FDA 核可 ceftobiprole 上市,成為 cephalosporins 第五代的新成員。第五代 cephalosporins 主要治療 methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) 引起的肺炎或皮膚感染,傳統上治療 MRSA 以 vancomycin 為首選藥物,冀望此新一代藥物能在人類與細菌的戰爭中有極佳的表現。 |
英文摘要 | We explore some modifications in the structure of cephalosporins when develop a new antibiotic. Antibiotics of this class fight gram positive bacteria in origin and develop until the end of twenty century. They were divided into four generations in detail according to their antibacterial spectrum. Recently, FDA in the United States approved ceftobiprole for marketing in October, 2010 and became the new kind members of cephalosporins. The fifth cephalosporins are developed for treating the complicated skin and skin structure infections and community-acquired bacterial pneumonia caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). In tradition, we regarded vancomycin as the first choice antibiotic. We hope the fifth new generation antibiotics would be more effective in the battle between human and bacteria. |
