中文摘要 | 產品說明書主要在幫助使用者瞭解產品的使用與維護,但從一般使用手冊的瀏覽來瞭解功能繁雜的產品卻需要一些時間的。而本研究提出互動式產品說明書的概念,無非想讓使用者藉由互動的操作,進而輕易地瞭解功能複雜的產品。然而,在設計方法有限的情況之下,如何以有限的設計方法並有效地解決產品互動式說明書之設計問題,系統化設計的模式與規劃即扮演著重要的角色。因此本研究之目的在於應用系統化設計模式(SDM),以產品說明書為題。藉由規劃互動式產品說明書,進行系統化設計模式(SDM)層屬架構的探討。並透過有效地分析界定、轉換、決策與表現來評估互動式產品說明書之操作介面,期望提高使用者對互動操作介面之適用性與效益性,進而提昇使用者對產品的熟悉與喜愛程度。最後更將以此模式為例,提供新產品介面開發的探討。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of a product manual is helping user to operate and maintain the product that a user may need a period of time to become fully acquainted with its complicated functions. This study brings the concept of interactive product manual to help simplify a user's discovery of a product's complicated functions through interactive operation. Under the condition of restrictive design methods, however, how to use those to effectively solve problem of interactive product manual, the systematic design method (SDM) plays a crucial role. The objective of this paper is to apply the SDM model to simplify the manual design via a product manual case study. In this study we developed the hierarchy structure of SDM to plan and design an interactive product manual. Through the procedure of identification, analysis, transformation, decision, presentation and evaluation, the resultant operation interfaces of interactive product manual can greatly improve user's convenience and efficacy. Generally these interactive operation interface can be presented in terms more familiar to a user and in ways much more friendly and thus speeding up the level of user's acquaintance of product. In summary, the proposed method of SDM to develop an interactive product manual and the accompanying case study can serve as basic pattern for designing new product interface in the future. |
