| 中文摘要 | 飛彈或火箭均藉由瞬發裝置(火工品)來執行部分特定的功能,但火工品作用時產生之高頻嚮應環境對電子元件或結構脆弱的材料影響甚大。本文利用自由落體式衝擊機及10 cm3定容壓力測試罐等二階段進行試驗。第一階段由衝擊機產生可控制且穩定之低頻信號波,以瞭解衝擊嚮應頻譜之基本定義與曲線特性;第二階段由自製引燃器結合定容壓力測試罐發火瞬間產生之高速暫態結構嚮應,訂為真實火工品衝擊嚮應頻譜之參考標準,研究成果將有助於國軍在火工衝擊模擬技術上的強化。 |
| 英文摘要 | Missiles or exploding projectiles all use the instantaneous device (fireworks) to execute some particular functions, but the action from fireworks will produce simultaneously high frequency response environment to influence the electronic elements or fragile structure. We carry out this study into the two phases including a free-fall shock machine and a 10 cm3 closed vessel. Firstly, we investigate the fundamental definition of shock response spectrum and the characteristics of controllable and stable low frequency signal produced from the free-fall shock machine. Secondly, we establish the structural response of igniter and closed vessel from firing as reference standard for the high-speed transient shock response spectrum of real fireworks. The results will contribute to strengthen the pyroshock simulated technique. |
