中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討含奈米鋁粉組合推進劑的燃燒特性,期藉由奈米科技提昇推進劑的性能。首先利用微差掃描熱卡計(DSC),量測含微米及奈米級鋁粉之組合推進劑配方的熱化學反應特性,並藉由熱分析技術探討其差異性;然後實體製備小型組合推進劑藥條,再利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀測奈米粉體在組合推進劑內的分散效果;最後,利用燃速儀及燃燒觀測儀進行燃燒實驗,探討組合推進劑的燃燒特性,並藉由燃燒現象觀測技術分析燃燒現象。實驗結果顯示,組合推進劑添加奈米級鋁粉有助於提升燃燒速率、燃燒性能且降低壓力指數。 |
英文摘要 | This research mainly explores the burning properties of composite propellants containing nano-sized aluminum powder. It is expected that the nanotechnology can be applied to improve the combustion performance of propellant. Firstly, the reaction characteristics of the composite propellants containing the aluminum (micro-sized and nano-sized) powders are measured using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), then the difference between their properties is analyzed by means of thermal analysis technique. Afterward the proper dispersed technique is evaluated and scanning electron microscope (SEM) is used to observe the dispersed effect of nano-sized powders in the composite propellants. Finally, the composite propellant is processed to be a small stick, and the burning rate meter and window bomb (WB) are used to study the burning properties of composite propellants. The burning phenomenon is also analyzed by mean of the combustion observation technique. The experimental results show that adding nano-sized aluminum power can enhance the burning rate and burning properties of composite propellant, and reduce the pressure exponent of burning rate equation. |
