中文摘要 | 約從1990年代起,數位影像監控系統由PC上提供一些模擬監控與錄影之軟體,配備視訊卡以銜接CCTV攝影機,至今已經進步到全數位化的監控系統,影像品質也由初期的CIF大小進步到現今的HD的影像。高畫質的影像讓智慧型影像辨識變得可行,使用者開始希望透過影像辨識技術,來取代人眼從頭到尾的觀看影像來找出可疑或犯罪行為。讓很多智慧型的影像監控系統,已經慢慢成為主流的趨勢。監視系統讓隱私權的問題越來越受重視,這些錄存影像的保護,也顯得格外重要。基於數位版權管理(DRM)之概念,本文提出了一安全性架構,應用於智慧型影像監控系統。數位版權管理主要目的在於確保數位內容免於未經授權之使用。此架構採用授權密鑰機制以保護數位串流,另外系統也於快照中嵌入了數位浮水印,並添加數位指紋於錄影檔案中,以防止意圖性的資料剽竊及竄改。 |
英文摘要 | Since the 90s of 20 century, the Digital Video Surveillance system has developed from the analog monitoring and recording software based on PC, which connects to CCTV camera with graphics card, to a fully digitalized HD video system. The video quality has also upgraded from initial CIF size to current HD video. Because of the significant increase of video quality, intelligent video recognition becomes possible. Various kinds of users start to try using video recognition technology, to find suspicious or crime behaviors, so that people don't need to watch the surveillance video from beginning to end. Many intelligent video recognition systems have been widely used and become a mainstream trend. The spread of Surveillance system has emphasized the importance of privacy. And the protection of archived video also becomes a crucial task. This paper proposes a safety framework for Intelligent Video Surveillance system, based on Digital Rights Management (DRM). The objective of DRM is to avoid unauthorized usage of digital contents. This framework applies permission key mechanism to protect digital streaming. This system can embed digital watermark into snapshots, and add digital fingerprints into video archives, to prevent malicious stealing and modification of digital materials. |
