中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解水肺潛水教練對於水肺潛水專業能力的重要程度的認知與具備程度,進一步比較水肺潛水教練專業能力認知與具備能力的差異性與相關。並以自編「水肺潛水教練對專業能力認知之研究」進行問卷調查,發出問卷300份,有效回收253份,經分析後得知以下研究結果:一、水肺潛水教練的「專業技能與態度」在重要程度認知上高於具備程度;在「指導操作技能」在具備程度上高於重要程度認知;「專業知識」在重要程度認知上優於具備程度;也就是說,水肺潛水教練在「專業技能與態度」、「指導操作技能」、「專業知識」三者間均認為「認知」重要於「具備程度」。二、水肺潛水教練專業能力的重要程度認知與具備程度的整體相關程度呈現顯著中度的正相關,其相關係數為.478,解釋量為47.8%;換言之,較高的認知程度會影響具備程度。本文亦提出若干管理意涵與未來研究方向之建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship between Professional cognition and competency. Furthermore to investigate scuba diving instructor should play a primary role in realizing this aims. This paper tries to construct a close tie between Professional cognition and competency through SCUBA diving instructors' characteristics and the extent to which they own the professional competency. The researcher developed a questionnaire, titled as cognition of SCUBA diving instructors' professional competency, to collect the needed research data. A sample of 300 diving instructors was asked to respond to the questionnaire and total of 253 usable questionnaires were achieved. The result shows that: (1) The SCUBA diving instructors perception of the importance of among professional skills、attitude and professional knowledge is better than their perception of the extent they own these professional competencies; And their perception of the extent they own instruction and operation skills are better than their perception of these skills. (2) A SCUBA diving instructors' having greater Professional cognition traits also leads to a higher level of competency due to higher level involvement of recreational activities. The proposed results are implications to be useful references for the managerial sector when setting up their future research directions strategies. |
