| 中文摘要 | 本文以現場調查資料分析與數值模擬兩部分用以探討小林村天然壩堰塞湖潰決之水理特性。由現地調查,收集旗山溪流域內雨量及水文測站資料,用以推測莫拉克颱風期間降雨逕流之情形。並與幸存之災民進行訪談,記錄其口述資料,配合下游杉林大橋之水文站之水位資料用以推估潰壩事件過程和時間。再者,以衛星影像及航照圖判釋崩塌地及堰塞湖之可能範圍區域後,再與現地測量小林村堰塞湖殘餘壩體及現場水痕調查資料相比對,用以確定堰塞湖之可能範圍。利用所得資料,建構水理演算模式所需之地形資料,及相關參數設定,模擬結果與現地成果及相關文獻資料相比尚屬吻合。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study uses the field investigation data and numerical simulation analysis to discuss dam breach hydraulics due to landslide dam breach in Hsiaolin Village. In the field investigations, firstly collect rainfall data and related hydrologic data to estimate rainfall-runoff condition during Typhoon Morakot. Second, interview with the survivors and compare with downstream hydrology gauge (Shanlin Bridge) records to infer the disaster processes and time. Third, uses the satellite image and aerial-photos to delineate possible landslide dam zone and compare with measurement data of global positioning system (GPS) real time kinematic (RTK) method to measure the residual landslide dam in Hsiaolin Village and high water marks in site to infer the landslide zone delineation. Fourth, analyze the field investigation data with measurement of river cross section data before Typhoon Morakot and interview data of survivors to setup topographic data and parameters of hydraulic routing model. Finally, the simulation result was comparable to stage data. |
