中文摘要 | 本研究以問卷調查方式為主,從已合作過的機構觀點,了解社區機構與靜宜大學合作推動大一服務學習課程之督導功能。研究結果顯示,機構必須認識大學服務學習學生的特質,並耐心面對學生的態度問題。在督導服務學習的歷程中,機構也應提供教育性、行政性、與支持性的功能,給予學生一個學習的機會與經驗。因此,社區機構已逐漸走向教育的第一線,成為大學生的社會教育導師,與大學攜手合作,共同為高等教育貢獻心力。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents the results of a survey by 51 community-based organizations (CBOs) about how they perceive the supervision functions of the service learning program performed by first-year students in Providence University, Taiwan. The findings indicate that CBOs must be aware of the characteristics of university students and be patient with their attitude problems. And CBOs should also fulfill with educational, administrative, and supportive functions throughout the service learning process by giving students a learning opportunity and experience. CBOs, thus, are coming towards the front line of education, becoming a mentor of students’ social education, working with universities, and dedicating themselves to the higher education. |
