中文摘要 | 臺北捷運新店線車站空調系統係於1998年啟用,歷逾10餘年運轉,其主要設備包括冰水主 機、冷卻水塔及附屬設備均已達耐用年限,呈現整體效能降低、故障率上升及維修費用逐年 增高等情形;因設備故障造成車站空調服務效能降低,引發旅客抱怨悶熱事件頻仍,再者, 部分車站冷卻水塔因沿線居民屢對運轉噪音抗議申訴,影響公司營運服務品質及形象。 為徹底改善提昇空調系統效能,本公司於2007年經評估設備現況及檢討重置需求,確認符合 「臺北市臺北都會區捷運固定資產重置基金之捷運系統設備及土建設施重置原則」之規定, 並依前揭規定相關作業程序辦理新店線車站空調設備汰換工程,以確保車站具備穩定可靠空 調品質,提供旅客舒適的候車環境。 該工程範圍涵蓋新店線共計11個車站,於2008年7月至2010年11月期間,逐站執行設備更 新工作,本文將針對工程實際執行面及執行成果進行說明,另將履約過程中面臨的問題探尋 因應方式,期有利於爾後類似工程規劃之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The air conditioning system of Metro Xindian line began use in 1998. Primary facilities of the system include chillers, cooling towers and accessories. After they had operated for over 10 years and reached the end of effective life, lowered the overall system's efficiency. The failure rate and maintenance cost increased year by year. Once the facilities breakdown and air conditioning system cannot work regularly, it leads to passenger complaint. Besides, some residents near stations repeatedly complained about noise made by cooling towers. Such circumstance had a bad influence on overall perception of the company. In order to thoroughly improve the air conditioning system efficiency, we estimated the cost of the original equipments and renewal requirements. Then we decided to make a project called "The Air Conditioning System Renewal Project for Metro Xindian Line Stations and Xindian Depot". Our goals were to provide reliable air conditioning and a comfortable station environment for passengers. The renewal project including 11 stations of Metro Xindian line has carried out from July 2008 to November 2010. This article introduces practical processes and achievement of the project. We also bring up some solutions to issues used during the project and hope to provide reference for related engineering plans. |
