中文摘要 | 本研究以溶膠凝膠法 (Sol-Gel) 製備氧化鈦 (TiO2) 米球,以異丙醇鈦 (T itanium Isopropoxide)為鈦醇鹽前驅物,乙二醇 (Ethylene Glycol, EG) 為水解抑制劑, 並搭配含水 1.25 vol.% 之丙酮水溶液控制水解速 ,以合成氧化鈦球狀奈米粒。接著在大氣氣氛下將氧化鈦奈米球顆粒經過熱處理,使用升溫速率 7 oC/min,加熱至 400~700oC 範圍,並持溫 2 h 後,再經爐冷降溫至室溫。吾人將分析煆燒溫度對 TiO2 奈米球之平均粒徑與晶相結構之影響,並探討熱處理參數對 TiO2 奈米球光觸媒作用所產生吸收光譜之吸收邊緣位置及光降解亞甲基藍液效應的影響。以熱處理 600oC 條件獲得銳鈦礦 (Anatase) 晶相的 TiO2 奈米球具有最佳光催化活性,其光催化效率達 70%。SEM 實驗結果顯示所製備 TiO2 奈米球平均粒徑為 50~90 nm。相較之下,以 XRD 數據經 Scherrer 公式計算奈米級 TiO2 一次顆粒的尺寸則介於 6~18 nm。 |
英文摘要 | In sol-gel process, titania nanospheres were synthesized by using titanium isopropoxide as titanium ion precursor and ethylene glycol (EG) as suppressor of hydrolysis reaction to be coupled with water-containing (1.25 vol%) acetone solution to control rate of hydrolysis. The produced TiO2 nanospheres were through calcination at high temperature of 400oC to 700oC for 2 hr. The effect of calcination temperature on sintered particle size of TiO2 spheres, crystalline phase, shifting of absorption edge and photo-decomposition of methyl blue dye was investigated. The results showed that titania nanoparticles calcined at 600oC was of anatase phase and had a pronounced photocatalytic activity of 70%. The average size of TiO2 nanospheres was in range of 50~90 nm. In contrast, the size of TiO2 primary particles was about 6~18 nm derived from the Scherrer equation by calculating its XRD data. |
