中文摘要 | 本研究係利用熔膠凝膠法製備二氧化鈦奈米材料,並探討不同的溶凝膠製備溫度、乾膠燒結溫度、燒結時間等變數對二氧化鈦光觸媒特性的影響。溶膠凝膠法製作二氧化鈦光觸媒,其溶液的組成配方為Ti(OC₄H[90aa])₄:IPA:HCl:H₂O:acac=1:17:0.08:4:0.01 (molar ratio),在定溫條件下(T=30℃)進行溶膠凝膠的反應,靜置熟化五天,並經乾燥後以X-Ray繞射分析凝膠產物,結果發現當鍛燒溫高於300℃,便能形成具有活性的銳鈦礦二氧化鈦,在600℃時則形成金紅石型二氧化鈦。利用TEM、UV-Vis、FTIR等儀器進行結構及表面特性分析,證實具高純度之奈米級二氧化鈦特性。本研究將製備之二氧化鈦粉末披覆於尼龍織物並進行大腸桿菌抗菌測試。依實驗結果顯示,奈米級二氧化鈦光觸媒之殺菌效果在照光1小時內即可達近約100%的殺菌率。 |
英文摘要 | The investigation was carried out on preparation of titanium dioxide nanomaterial using sol-gel method. Effect of different processing variables (e.g. prepared temperature of sol-gel processing, annealing temperature of dry gel, and annealed time of dry gel) on properties of phogocatalyst titanium dioxide was also studied. In the preparation of titanium dioxide sol, the molar ratio of the reactants is: Ti(OC₄H[90aa])₄:IPA:HCl:H₂O:acac=1:17:0.08:4:0.01. The reaction was conducted at 30℃ and it was then maturated for five days. The dreid powder of gel was characterized by X-ray diffraction. It was observed that when the annealed temperature exceed 300℃, high activated anatase form titanium dioxide catalyst was obtained. When annealed temperature reaches 600℃ the rutile form titanium dioxide catalyst was obtained. Different techniques such as TEM, UV-Vis, and FTIR were used to characterized the structure and surface properties of titanium dioxide, and the result proved that it processes high purity nanosize titanium dioxide properties. The bactericidal property of the titanium dioxide powder was investigated with titanium dioxide coated nylon fiber textile. The result showed that almost 100% bactericidal effect was obtained under UV light irradiation for 1 hour. |
