中文摘要 | 本文探討熱處理狀況對顆粒強化之6061鋁基複合材料耐磨耗性之影響。實驗採用Pin-on-disk磨耗試驗裝置。試件之氧化鋁顆粒含量分別為0, 10及20%。主要實驗結果顯示:雖然較長的時效處理時間有助於提高純6061鋁合金之耐磨耗性,但對於顆粒含量較高之鋁基複合材料,時效處理時間愈長,對於耐磨耗性反而有不良影響。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of heat treatment conditions on wear resistance of particulate-reinforced 6061 aluminum matrix composites has been investigated. A pin-on-disk type tribometer has been employed in the experiments. Specimens with various Al2O3 volume fractions of 0, 10 and 20% were used in this work. The results indicated that longer aging time was detrimental to the wear resistance of Al2O3/6061 A1 composite with high volume fraction of particles, although it was favorable to that of monolithic 6061 Al. |
