中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是應用RFID 技術建立一套RFID/POS 整合管理系統,系統工程方法是採用B.S. Blanchard 和 W.J. Fabrycky 發展的程序, RFID/POS 整合管理系統包括四個主要部份RFID 軟體、POS 軟體、進貨部分、銷貨部分等四大部分,本研究先應用美國Vitech 公司發展的系統工程軟體CORE5 完成系統規格的訂定,配合市場現貨POS 軟體的操作需求,完成RFID 中介軟體與API 介面軟體功能流程,再以Delphi 軟體技術結合Windows SPY++軟體功能,完成仲介軟體的開發並與POS 進銷貨作業流程整合。 本研究結果包括完成 RFID 中介軟體與API 介面軟體開發與系統整合測試,順利解決3 個介面問題包括RFID 讀取時會有雜訊、RFID 讀取時發生程式中斷問題與卡號自動填入進/銷貨單時會發生卡號填入中斷。分別將RFID 與條碼讀取功能進行測試與比較,結果顯示,RFID 可節省進貨作業人力5%、節省32%銷貨作業時間,本研究開發的系統已通過智財局新型專利申請,專利編號M 398663號。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to develop a RFID/POS integration system using system engineering and RFID Technology. Utilizing the system engineering procedure, devised by B.S. Blanchard and W.J. Fabrycky, this integration system was developed and includes four components: RFID software, POS software, inbound segment and outbound segment. In this study, the system specification of the system was accomplished, and the elements had been accomplished with the system engineering tool CORE5. A commercial of-the-shelf POS software package, Delphi software technique, coupled with window SPY++ functions, a RFID middleware and API interface software had been developed and integrated in the procedure of the commercial of-the-shelf POS. The results of this study include descriptions of the function flow block diagrams in the RFID middleware and API interface software and system verification test. Three interface problems had been resolved, including the noise signals during UID reading, the RFID software stopping during operation, and interruption during automatic filling in input column. After compared to the original barcode functions, the results of the system verification test show that there are 5% manpower reduction on inbound activity and 32% efficiency improvement on outbound activity using the RFID/POS system. A utility patent (M398663) have been approved in Taiwan since 2011. |
