中文摘要 | 隨著經濟起飛及國民所得之提升,生活型態也跟著轉變,休閒風氣盛行,促使旅遊人口逐漸增加,觀光業因此蓬勃發展,但近年來觀光業在運轉過程中,所引起的汙染程度已備受關注,消費者開始意識到環保的重要性,故綠色渡假旅館將成為因應趨勢的新興觀光業。 國內旅館業之綠色旅館觀念仍處於初期階段,旅館大多以綠色經營的方針,以綠色理念作為基本的經營方式,藉由實施節省能源、減少提供拋棄式用品等方式,加入綠色旅館之行列,但這些措施也許只是尋求降低旅館營運成本之想法,而非真實實行綠色旅館概念,因而讓顧客有帄白犧牲的感受,在消費權益被剝奪的感覺下,是否願意支持環保?是否因此使觀光市場受到影響?此點值得重視與研究。 本研究發現旅館綠色經營重要的關鍵策略以「環保推廣」、「卓越服務」、「服務安心」、「設備維護」、「旅館接駁」等5項是顧客很滿意的項目;而差異指數中以「環保旅館」、「環保知識」、「刊物推廣」、「銷售商品」、「體驗課程」等5項顧客所反應的意見值得旅館主管進行探討,以利旅館執行改善工作。 |
英文摘要 | With the economic taking-off and the national income upgrading , the change of the lifestyle also follows. Because leisure atmosphere prevails, tourist population increases gradually. And then the tourism industry booms. But, in recent years, when tourism industry is in the operation process, the extent of pollution of it has caused extreme concern. Consumers are beginning to realize the importance of environmental protection, too, and therefore the green resort hotels will be in response to emerging trends in tourism. The concept of green hotels of the domestic hotel is still in early stages. For the hotels that have been operated for many years, if they want the daily operation of the existing mode to be implemented the concept of green hotel, it does have the difficulties. So the hotels mostly use green business principles, then letting the green idea of green hotel as the basic concepts to enhance. To joining the rank of green hotel, the hotels implement energy conservation and provide less disposable supplies, etc. But that may just find the idea of reducing the cost of hotel operators, it is non-real implementation of the concept of green hotel. And then allow the customers have no reason at the expense of feeling instead. When that makes customers feel deprived of consumer rights, whether they are willing to support environmental protection or the tourism market is affected at the same time. This point is worth paying attention to and being studied. This study found that the keypoints to the running of promotion of environmental protection", "excellent service ", "service ease","equipment maintenance", "hotel connected"which are satisfactory for customers; the difference index, "green hotel ", "environmental knowledge","publication to promote, ""sale of goods", "experience curriculum" are 5 is required to make the customer comments discussed by the directors in order to improve the performance of hotels. |
