中文摘要 | 發展回流教育並建立終身學習社會是當前全球教育進展的趨勢。本研究以商管類高等技職回流教育之二技進修部新生為研究對象,探討學生在進修選校時之共同影響因素、工作對進修教育選校之影響以及性別對共同因素之影響。研究結果發現,回流教育新生進修選校時有六項共同影響因素,依轉軸後之解釋變異量百分比排列分別為:學校整體作為及優秀表現,招生宣傳廣告、工作因素、影響選校決策相關人、生活機能及學校排名等。在工作面向上,學生受公司是否晉升完成進修的員工?影響最大;在性別方面,女性學生受學校的實驗室與研究設備、教授的學經歷、學校榮獲執行教學卓越計畫、考慮到畢業以後的出路、報紙上的招生廣告、學校網頁、學校離家遠近、上下學交通的便利、學校及系在科技大學評鑑的等第、學校及系在網路上的排名等的影響程度大於男性學生,而男性學生受朋友的影響程度大於女性學生。 |
英文摘要 | The development of recurrent education and establishment of lifelong learning are the current global trend of educational progress. This study regards the freshmen of two years college as the research object. This study aims to explore what are the common influencing factors that students choose the college to study for, does the current job of student has any impact on further education choosing, and what are the common factors of genders influence on the college selections. The results showed that the recurrent program freshmen have six common influence factors when selecting the colleges, followed by the percentage of rotated variance order were the college performance, recruiting advertisement, job factors, influences by related persons of college choice decision-making, convenience of life, and college rankings; in the aspect of job, students most influenced by “whether promotion or not? If the staff had completed their further studies”; in terms of gender, female students influenced by “laboratory and research equipment”, “professors academic experience”, “winning college of teaching excellence plan”, “future career after graduation”, “recruiting advertisements on newspaper”, “web pages of college portal”, “distance between college and home”, and the “convenient transportation to commute”, “grade in college evaluation”, “college rankings in internet” more than the male students while male students influenced by friends more than female students. |
