中文摘要 | 由於射出成型的模內裝飾技術適合大量生產,在 3C塑膠成品的製造中,可提供良好的表面質感,是一項特別且具發展性的塑膠成型技術。雖然薄膜是影響模內裝飾成型的一項重要因素,然而有關成型塑料、薄膜材料、薄膜厚度與成型參數等因素,對於模內裝飾成型的薄膜滯熱與翹曲變形之影響,則一直未能有系統化的研究。本文針對 PC與 PMMA兩種塑膠材料,以及各具有三種厚度的 PC與 PET薄膜材料,作一模內裝飾成型。藉由量測成型件的溫度與翹曲,來比較在不同熔膠溫度與射出速度下,其薄膜滯熱與翹曲變形的影響。 |
英文摘要 | In surface decorating technology, in-mold decoration (IMD) of injection molding technology is one of the most special and extendable plastic molding technologies. IMD can provide good surface quality for mass production manufacture in the 3C plastic products. Although film has been found to be an important factor in IMD of injection molding process for several years. The effects of polymer resins, film materials, film thicknesses and molding parameters on the of IMD process have not yet been investigated systematically. In present study, two polymer resins (PC resin and PMMA resin) and two film materials with three thicknesses of PC and PET films were used. The film hesitation and warpage of part were measured under different melt temperatures and injection velocities. The film hesitation is presented by the difference temperature between various plastic/mold and film/mold cases. |
