中文摘要 | 在受傷的世界中,身、心、靈的殘缺不時悄然地湧現;在重建的世界裡,殘缺的痕跡漸進刻意地抹除。這樣一個受傷與重建交疊的世界,存在於受傷運動員的身體與專業運動傷害防護員的雙手。本文透過在此世界裡的田野經驗,探究運動傷害防護生邁向專業運動傷害防護員的學習歷程。筆者置身防護室現場,以親身參與的方式進行觀察,記錄眼見、耳聞、體觸到的人事物之間的互動,同時進行一對一的訪談,蒐集防護生專業準備的歷程敘說。研究發現,這整個歷程包括憧憬:進入前的動機與想像、紮根:專業學理的習得與場域實習的應用,以及認同:專業角色職責的體悟。因此,在專業的世界裡,核心價值與其深廣度的能見性是存在的,個人的學習態度與其對專業的熱忱和尊重是可以傳達的。這項專業能撫癒、支持與重建已受傷的身、心、靈。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to explore the course of a professional athletic trainer cultivated before entering her/his real career. For the purpose, this paper is based on researcher's fieldwork experience as a hurt player and a researcher both. Observation and depth-interview were conducted to gather the data. All data were reorganized to show the course of expectation, root, and identification, including how students image self as an athletic trainer, how they acquire knowledge and skill, especially the practice experience with various kinds of persons and condition in different time and place, and how they convince themselves as a real athletic trainer By observation and stay at fieldwork of Center, and by talking and getting along with athletic trainer and students, researcher found one's hurt body, mind, and spirit can be taken care well by a faithful athletic trainer students who are confident and professional. |
