中文摘要 | 臺灣教育長期深陷升學主義的泥沼之中,造成社會偏狹失衡的人才觀點。而花蓮國民教育在學子能力培養上,更是將大部資源投注於學科紅海上之競爭,但卻未曾展現明顯提昇之成效。本文透過焦點團體訪談方式,運用藍海策略之超越競爭與價值創新的精神,輔以花蓮縣發展趨勢和未來人才觀點,指出花蓮教育應力求改變之四項理由,分別為花蓮學子學科競爭力不足、境內天然、人文資源存在優勢、家長具有樂天知命性格和能力階段發展可解決迫切問題等;並建議花蓮教育應追尋之藍海方向:培養學生具備點理性與感性能力,理性能力應包含基礎學科與自主學習能力,感性能力則包括尊重、意義、故事、創造與整合的能力,以助於學生未來發展的出路。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract Due to credentialism, Hualien has invested most resource in the fierce “red ocean” of academic subjects to improve students’ achievement. The result seems to be questionable. This paper is offering a new approach, described in the book of Blue Ocean Strategy, to overcome competition and to value innovation and auxiliary to develop future talents in Hualien. It takes focus group interview to construct a “blue ocean strategy” for Hualien’s compulsory education. The reasons of such approach is as follows: (1) Hualien students have less interest in academic subjects; (2) Hualien’s advantage of nature and human resource; (3) optimistic nature of Hualien’s people, and their capability to develop and to resolve urgent problems. A “blue ocean strategy” for Hualien’s compulsory education requires that talents cultivation must be based on both rational and emotional sense. This paper then recommends that rational sense should include ability in basic subjects and self-learning and emotional sense should include ability in respect, meaning, story-telling, creativity and integration. |
