中文摘要 | 本研究針對幼兒老師發展品格課程歷程進行研究,主要探討幼兒老師對幼兒品格課程的想法與需求,幼兒老師在發展幼兒品格課程時所面臨的問題,察覺幼兒老師在品格課程發展歷程所需要的協助,並提出發展幼兒品格課程的建議。主要研究發現:(一)大人的以身作則有助幼兒品格學習。(二)幼兒老師透過討論有助品格課程設計。(三)機構整體規劃有助落實幼兒品格教育。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the process of character-curriculum development by preschool teachers. The researchers examined the character-curriculum ideas and needs of preschool teachers, looked at the problems the teachers faced when developing the curriculum, assisted the preschool teachers who were developing the curriculum, and made suggestions for character curriculum development. The main findings of the research are: (1) Adults leading by example help young children learn. (2) Discussion by preschool teachers is instrumental in the design of character curriculum. (3) Comprehensive planning helps to ensure the organization successfully facilitates character curriculum. |
