中文摘要 | 利用服務品質的各項衡量構面,以政府通信資訊部門為研究對象,評估服務品質表現,進行服務水準分析。結果發現不同於一般傳統產業,政府通信資訊部門最重視安全性的構面,另外本文亦對服務品質缺失提出建議,提供做決策時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study is based on the dimensions of service quality. The samples are from the Communication and Information Department in the government. We find that the most important dimension is security in the Communication and Information Department of the government. It is different from that of conventional industries. Besides, we hope that service quality could be evaluated efficiently and improved quickly in the Communication and Information Department of government. |
