| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的是分析台灣北部地區 1 M與2 M1型伊萊石的生成特性。從 XRD的分析結果顯示,在北投與金山的砂岩地區含有 1 M型的伊萊石,而在四碐與蘇澳的風化板岩地區則出現 2 M1型的伊萊石。由穿透式電子顯微鏡分析結果顯示,北投與金山砂岩的樣品含有很多 1 M型伊萊石粒子,呈現出 Moiré手指的特徵,而且在其兩端有瘦長的板條形狀及邊界。然而,在四碐與蘇澳地區,從風化板岩中所生成的 2 M1型伊萊石,則沒有任何明顯的差別,通常是因為這型的伊萊石有良好的不規則邊界所致。有一假設是認為熱水化作用使得含 Si、Al、K及Fe的溶液遷移進入結構的孔內所致。在成岩的過程中,高嶺石與長石被分解和轉換成絲狀的 1 M型伊萊石,所以有瘦長板條狀的伊萊石粒子,在其內部間隙的表面自然生成。然而,變質的四碐與蘇澳風化板岩則是在原地生成 2 M1型的伊萊石。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aimed to characterize the properties and genesis of 1 M and 2 M1 illites in northern Taiwan. The 1 M and 2 M1 illites were identified from the Beitou and Chinshan sandstones, and the Szelin and Su-Oa weathered slates by powder X-ray diffractograms. Transmission electron micrographs (TEM) of 1 M illite of the Beitou and Chinshan sandstones samples showed a lath shape with elongation of a perfect termination at both ends. Most of the 1 M illite particles were present in the Moiré fringes. Electron micrographs of 2 M1 illite from the Szelin and Su-Oa weathered slates ssamples showed no apparent differences, because these illites usually have well-defined irregular edges. It is hypothesized that hydrothermal Si, Al, K and Fe solutions migrated into the pore spaces. Kaolinite and feldspar were decomposed and transferred into filamentous 1 M illite through the diagenetic process, thus forming authigenic lath-shaped illite particles on the surface of interspaces. The Szelin and Su-Oa weathered slates with alteration formed 2 M1 illite in situ. |
