中文摘要 | 由環保意識抬頭與粒料資源的缺乏,任何廢棄物都被嘗試資源回收再利用,以達到永續發展的理念;在鋪面工程上已廣泛應用再生粒料於瀝青混凝土粒料上,本研究利用磁磚廠廢棄之磁磚做為再生粒料並探討瀝青混凝土之性質。將磁磚廠回收並輾碎之廢棄磁磚,經洗淨之後進行各種物理性質分析,包括磨損率、健度、比重及吸水率等試驗,然後於實驗室進行各取代量之馬歇爾配合設計試驗,本研究將以粒徑大小為4.75 mm之廢棄石質磁磚取代相同粒徑的天然粗粒料,自0%至20%以每5%逐次增加其取代比例,尋找各取代量拌合瀝青混凝土之最佳含油量,並比較各取代量的瀝青混凝土之穩定值、流度值、滯留強度指數等結果。 由實驗結果可得之隨廢石質磁磚取代量增加,最佳含油量逐漸趨於4.8%;且隨著取代量增加,瀝青混凝土試體高度逐漸增加、試體單位重的降低及滯留強度指數降低之情形。整體而言,取代量5%至15%之瀝青混凝土試體對於穩定值、流度值及滯留強度指數等實驗結果,都在密級配與重交通量的瀝青混凝土之規範內,故使用廢磁磚取代15%天然骨材內的瀝青混凝土之強度、耐久性及施工實用性是可行的,將可提供未來相關單位使用之參考。 |
英文摘要 | With the ever increasing environmental awareness and scarcity of aggregates, incorporating various wastes was attempted to serve as recycling uses, attaining the purpose of sustainable development. Regeneration aggregates have been widely applied to asphalt concrete in pavement engineering. In the present study, we used waste tiles to replace the natural aggregates in asphalt concrete and investigated the engineering characteristics. Waste tiles were collected from tile plant and crushed scrap which was washed. Different kinds of physical analyses including resistance to abrasion of large size coarse aggregate, soundness of aggregate, specific weight, and absorption were made. Marshall mixing design test with different substitution quantity of nature aggregates was analyzed. Crushed crap of waste tiles replaced natural aggregates with particle size, 4.75 mm, and the substitution quantity increased from 0% to 20% to find the optimal asphalt oil content of mixture asphalt concrete. The stability, flow, and retained strength index were compared using different mixture asphalt concrete. The experimental results revealed that increasing the replacing natural aggregates with waste tiles resulted in the optimal oil content reaching 4.8% and decreasing the unit weight and retained strength index of mixture asphalt concrete. The stability, flow, and retained strength index were within the asphalt concrete standard of dense gradation and heavy volume of traffic when the substitution quantity of natural aggregates from 5% to 15%. As for the intensity, durability, and construction usability, 15% replacing natural aggregates in asphalt concrete should be feasible. The results can provide for future consideration in pavement engineering. |
